About the role

Balfour Beatty is seeking a proactive and collaborative Digital Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of digital construction and information management requirements across our Rolls-Royce major project based in Derby.

Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the project's digital strategy, ensuring effective information management, and driving BIM best practices throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for digital construction, information management, and continuous improvement to contribute to the delivery of complex and high-profile infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

As a Digital Delivery Coordinator you will:

Support the Digital Delivery Manager in delivering the Project Digital Strategy, Information Execution Plan (IEP), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), and associated digital standards, methods, and procedures.
Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Ensure supply chain partners comply with BIM and Information Management requirements.
Support the management and mitigation of information management risks across the project.
Facilitate model-based (3D) collaboration between project stakeholders.
Implement and maintain design model governance protocols.
Implement information governance protocols to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Monitor and report on project digital deliverables and performance metrics.

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

Experience working within a BIM, Digital Engineering, Information Management, or Digital Delivery environment.
Knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and information management principles.
Understanding of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital collaboration tools.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to engage effectively with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
