Mechanical Site Supervisor / Site Foreman

The Opportunity
R.G. Evans is looking for a hands-on, experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to take ownership of mechanical works across our residential new build developments. This is a varied, high-visibility role where you’ll play a key part in delivering quality projects on time — with the full backing of an established support structure behind you.
New sites are starting shortly in Wokingham, so this is an excellent time to join a growing programme of work.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise all mechanical installations on site, ensuring work is delivered to specification and programme
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects running smoothly
- Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain accurate site documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage materials and progress
- Be the go-to point of contact on site — someone the team trusts and the client respects
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in mechanical site supervision (2+ years)
- Sound knowledge of plumbing, and mechanical systems
- SSSTS or SMSTS and a valid CSCS card
- Strong leadership with the ability to communicate clearly across trades and management
- Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
