We are looking for a kennel hand for 20-28 hours per week with doing overtime during busy periods, the flexibility to cover holiday and it it crucial that every other weekend must be worked. This will be a permanent position for the right person.
This person must be confident around all types of animals all shapes, sizes and temperaments. Must have a good phone manor and be able to talk to customers in friendly confident way. We are a 5* kennels so please note that this is not a easy job it is very physical and outside in all weathers every day, these animals depend on us so you must be hard working, very reliable and a good time keeper and dedicated to the job you are doing We expect everything to be done to a very high standard.

Due to location you must have your own transport, we are based in Charing so you really need to be within 15 miles of the kennels.
The hours you will be working are: Wednesday 8am - 12pm, Thursdays 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-5pm and every other weekend 8-5pm.
We do require a trial day if your interview is successful.
We are looking to fill this position within the next month, to be trained up and take over one of our long-term staff members who is moving onto their next adventure.
