Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales through various digital channels. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive D2C marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO optimisation.
- Oversee content creation including copywriting, visual content editing using Adobe Photoshop, and website management via WordPress.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools to optimise results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Lead social media management efforts to build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables efficiently through effective project management practices.
- Supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and leadership to foster a collaborative environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments with a focus on digital channels.
- Strong management skills with previous leadership roles in marketing teams or projects.
- Expertise in SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and WordPress website management.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated copywriting ability tailored for various digital platforms.
- Experience in social media management across multiple channels with proven engagement results.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
