Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and passionate female beauty therapist to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, ensuring clients receive personalised and high-quality service. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, helping clients look and feel their best. The position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to excellence in beauty therapy.

We offer 2 options.

1 option 40 to 50 % of the treatment, which is £24

to £30 per hour

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, hot stone massage and facials; training will provide for other treatments.
Provide personalised skincare consultations to clients, recommending suitable treatments and products
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
Ensure client comfort throughout all procedures and maintain professional communication at all times
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Skills

Proven a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy and hot stone massage
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatments and provide advice in clear English
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
Ability to work flexibly within a team environment while delivering personalised service
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
You must drive due to the location.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent in massage therapy.
