We are seeking a commercially minded individual with strong experience managing client relationships and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will enjoy building long-term partnerships with clients, guiding campaign direction and helping businesses achieve meaningful results through digital marketing.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring campaigns are well planned, clearly communicated and delivering the right outcomes. You will work closely with both clients and our internal specialists to ensure marketing activity remains aligned with business goals and commercial priorities.
This role also plays an important part in supporting the wider Account Management team. You will help guide campaign direction, troubleshoot challenges and maintain strong standards across client accounts.
The role focuses on client relationships, campaign oversight, commercial performance and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring campaigns remain aligned with their business goals.
- Campaign Oversight: Ensure campaigns are clearly planned, well managed and delivering the right activity in line with agreed strategy.
- Marketing Strategy: Work with clients and internal specialists to shape multi-channel marketing strategies that support business objectives.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate activity across the delivery team to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to the expected standard.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results, adjusting direction where needed.
- Commercial Management: Ensure campaigns remain commercially sustainable, balancing client success with business profitability.
- Account Development: Identify opportunities to expand or improve client campaigns where it adds genuine value.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to other Account Managers where required to help maintain strong standards across accounts.
The ideal candidate would have experience in the following:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a digital agency
- Strong experience managing client relationships and marketing campaigns
- Ability to guide campaign direction across multiple digital channels
- Experience communicating performance insights and recommendations to clients
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a busy agency environment
Understanding of the following is required:
