Job Title: Onboarding Assistant - Residential Conveyancing

Location: Stockton Heath, Warrington

Job Description:

Vincent Sykes is looking for an Onboarding Assistant to support fee earners in setting up conveyancing matters. This will involve preparing and distributing correspondence, filing, speaking with clients, and assisting with anti-money laundering source of funds checks. This position is a full-time salaried position.

Previous experience in the legal profession, particularly conveyancing, is advantageous but not essential. We would also consider non-legal candidates with skills or a background in sales.

Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other related software.
Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position is a full-time office based salaried position.

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
