Site Receptionist / Administrator

Location: HPL Motors Stockport
Job Type: Full-Time (Tuesday to Saturday)

HPL Motors is one of the UK's leading used car supermarkets, and we're looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Site Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy Stockport team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while providing vital administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers, providing a warm, professional, and friendly welcome.
Answer incoming telephone calls and accurately log enquiries for the appropriate Sales Advisor.
Process and maintain dealership vehicle locations to ensure stock is correctly tracked and managed.
Manage vehicle documentation ("car packs"), ensuring they are completed, organised, and placed in the correct location.
Carry out general administrative duties to support the dealership's daily operations.
Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional reception area.
Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure excellent customer service and efficient processes.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday, providing an excellent work-life balance with Sundays and Mondays off.
