Full job description

Our Company:

Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in West Midlands, UK. We are a large-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross- border e-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing business and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross-border e-sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with 18 warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Stone, Derby and Alfreton areas.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory control and aftersales
Assist managers in coordinating shift activities and workforce allocation
Monitor productivity, accuracy, and service levels, ensuring operational targets are met
Learn and apply warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools

Ideal candidates:

Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. This role requires the ability to undertake manual/physical duties
Must be flexible to work in different shifts when business required and work 6 days a week, including 1 day in the weekends
Must have at least 1 year valid visa to work in the UK
Basic IT skills (Microsoft)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Previous warehouse, logistics, or operational experience will be advantageous

Working Environment:

This role is based in a warehouse setting and involves extended periods of standing, walking, and operational activity.
Full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
