Job Title: Events Team Member
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £13 per hour
Job Type: Flexible / Event-based (includes evenings and weekends)

About Us
We are a growing second-hand clothing business bringing curated pre-loved fashion to markets and events. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Events Team Member to support our on-the-road operations.

Role Overview
This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for someone who is comfortable working long hours and enjoys being part of a fast-paced events environment. You’ll play a key role in making sure each event runs smoothly from setup to pack down.

Key Responsibilities

Driving company vans to and from event locations (HGV licence is a bonus)
Loading and unloading stock and equipment
Setting up stalls and displays at events
Handling customer sales and taking payments
Packing down stalls and preparing stock for transport
Returning safely from events with stock and equipment

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous)
Confident driving vans
Physically capable of lifting and moving stock
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Good customer service skills
Basic numeracy skills for handling payments

Desirable

Interest or knowledge of second-hand/vintage clothing
Previous experience in events, retail, or similar hands-on roles
