Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Exterior Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for the exterior surfaces of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of clients’ properties.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain the exterior surfaces of buildings, including windows, walls, roofs, driveways, and patios
Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, brushes, and squeegees safely and effectively
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to safety guidelines
Communicate with clients professionally to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each use
Follow health and safety procedures at all times during work activities
Assist with organising schedules and coordinating appointments with clients

Experience

Previous experience in exterior cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Valid driving licence is preferred as some travel between sites may be required
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members
Strong customer service skills are desirable to ensure positive interactions with clients
Good communication skills are necessary to understand instructions clearly and report any issues promptly
