Haydn Sandom Projects Ltd (HSP) is seeking an experienced and professional Site Foreman / Lead Joiner to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong joinery background who has the ability to manage construction projects on site, coordinate trades, maintain programme deadlines and deliver exceptional standards of workmanship.
Working across a range of high-quality residential, heritage and commercial projects throughout Cheshire and the North West, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of construction sites.
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and direct labour.
- Programming and sequencing works to meet project deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Quality control and inspection of completed works.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and the HSP management team.
- Material scheduling and procurement coordination.
- Carrying out joinery works where required.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Foreman, Working Foreman or Lead Joiner role.
- Strong background in residential construction and refurbishment projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Valid CSCS Card.
Desirable
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Experience working on high-end residential and heritage projects.
