Swimming Instructor
We are seeking a female qualified, reliable, and dedicated Swimming Instructor to join our team on a long-term basis.
Location: MClub, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST4 6NW
Pay: £20 per hour
The Role
You will deliver engaging and inclusive swimming lessons to a wide range of learners, from babies through to adults. Lessons include swimmers of varying abilities and may involve working with children with special educational needs.
Essential Qualification
- STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming
Key Skills & Attributes
- Patient, calm, and supportive teaching style
- Experience or confidence working with children, including those with additional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different ages and abilities
- A strong sense of commitment and reliability
