Exciting HR Administrative opportunity in a busy, thriving team. If you enjoy a challenge, can illustrate great attention to detail and are interested in a career within HR then look no further.

From an employee perspective the department are responsible for managing the employee lifecycle encompassing on-boarding, training and payroll whilst also overseeing employee benefits and policy.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Manage the administration of HR systems, including processing new starters, movers, leavers, and in-life contractual changes in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and systems
Deliver consistently against agreed HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Respond to HR queries, including reference requests, policy queries, HR Self-Service queries, and absence/occupational health queries
Produce monthly and ad hoc HR reports
Support Business Partners and the Payroll Advisor as required Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and personal conduct in line with Ayvens values
Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to operate independently
Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Show a proactive approach, using initiative to identify and support process improvements
Take ownership of tasks and follow through to resolution

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment (desirable but not essential)
High level of attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to influence and build effective working relationships
