Full job description

The Watch House café , West Bay, are looking for an experienced Pizza Chefs who are passionate about creating high-quality guest dining experiences.

We can offer Full time or Part time hours.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas while ensuring all food safety standards are consistently met in a fast-paced hospitality environment where quality, creativity, and consistency matter.

You will:

Assist with, prep and cook Wood Fire pizzas to a high and consistent standard

Assist with the wood fire cooking processes

Assist with maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and organisation

Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and FoH team

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Experience preparing and cooking Pizzas using a wood fire oven

Thrives in a fast-paced setting

Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team

Is reliable, hardworking, and takes genuine pride in their craft

Food Hyg cert/ Driving licence both helpful!
