Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background. This role is essential for maintaining our equipment's operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality production standards. The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Operate, maintain, and repair various types of arcade game machines.
Assembly of machines, including fitting coin mechanisms and credit pcb's.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively, including fault finding and repairs of machines.
Utilise logic controllers for machine operation and diagnostics.
Provide leadership and supervision to junior technicians when necessary.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally by providing technical assistance over the telephone.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machine maintenance.
Strong electrical skills, including familiarity with wiring systems and troubleshooting electrical components.
Ability to read and understand technical schematics and diagrams.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise others effectively.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication within the team and with clients.
