About the Role
As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting the breakfast team —preparing for service, working closely with our Head Breakfast Chef and Executive Chef, and contributing to the smooth running of breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the day‑to‑day operation of your allocated section under the guidance of the Head Breakfast Chef

Ensuring all dishes meet the exceptional standards expected at The Fife Arms

Maintaining high levels of consistency, quality, and organisation

Providing feedback to the Head Breakfast Chef and Executive Chef when relevant
-
Assisting other sections as needed to support the wider brigade

Upholding excellent hygiene, stock control, and food safety standards
You will work alongside a passionate, creative, and supportive team dedicated to exceptional food, warm hospitality, and continued learning.
