We are looking for a Front office manager to manage our reception area. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a warm welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of reception/reservations
- Train, supervise and support the front office team
- Schedule shifts and check weekly hours worked against forecasting and scheduling
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customers requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies efficiently
- Monitor stock and order office supplies
- Ensure proper mail distribution
- Produce operational reports and communicate key information for Senior Management
- Work closely with Hotel Senior Management & Guest Experience Manager on revenue, rates and sales forecasts
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

Previous experience
Minimum 3 years in a previous front office manager role or similar
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
Experience using PMS, Reservations & Third Party Booking Systems
