Full job description

We are a well-established and growing double glazing company seeking a motivated and confident Sales Estimator to join our team. This is a varied, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and managing jobs from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with customers and suppliers both over the phone and in person
Handle customer enquiries and provide professional advice on products and services
Price jobs accurately, and prepare quotations
Schedule work efficiently, coordinating installations and supplier deliveries
Maintain accurate records and update job progress
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal systems on a daily basis

Requirements

Previous sales experience (double glazing or construction industry experience is an advantage, but not essential)
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Well organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence preferred
