Salary: £27,166 - £27,820 per annum (pro-rata salary £15,000 - £15,360 per annum)
Working hours: 26 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7.5 hours each, Wednesday 3.5 hours, Friday no working hours.
Weeks per annum: 36 (40.86 including holidays)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Progress Coach to join our Creative Industries Faculty at our Abingdon Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to support and inspire students studying across a vibrant curriculum including Art & Design and Performing Arts.
Working with learners from Level 1 to Level 3, you will play a key role in tracking their progress, supporting their development, and helping them achieve their full potential as they prepare for further study or employment within the creative sector.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and tracking student progress across study programmes
- Facilitating the delivery of weekly Core sessions
- Delivering regular 1:1 progress reviews, setting targets and identifying support needs
- Supporting students with personal development, behaviour, and wellbeing
- Working closely with teaching staff and programme leaders to ensure engagement and success
- Promoting strong attendance, punctuality and commitment
- Providing information, advice and guidance to support progression into higher education, apprenticeships or employment
- Supporting enrichment activities and the development of employability skills
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to reporting processes
