Looking to build a hands-on engineering career with real progression? Independent Integrity Inspection Limited is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Inspection Engineer — no prior inspection or NDT experience required.
We provide full training, industry-recognised qualifications, and a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified Inspection Engineer.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Travel across the UK carrying out inspection and testing services
· Learn industry-standard inspection and testing techniques
· Set up and operate specialist equipment
· Produce clear, professional inspection reports
· Work alongside experienced engineers and clients
· Follow strict health & safety procedures in industrial environments
The role includes working mainly working in the food manufacturing environments and requires “Confined Spaces” and “Working at Height”.

Salary & Benefits
· £27,040 during training (13 weeks)
· £30,040 upon successful completion

· 24 days holiday including bank holidays (after training period pro rata per year)
Working Pattern
· Training period 13 weeks Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00hrs
· After training: 4-day working week (10-hour 08:00 – 18:00hrs shifts)
· Rotating shift pattern across 7 days
· 3 days off per week (2 consecutive)
· Some weekend working required (not every weekend)
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2 A-Levels and GCSE Maths & English (A–C)
· Full UK driving licence
· Valid British passport
· Basic IT skills (Word & Excel)
· Good eyesight (not colour blind)
· Willingness to travel and stay away from home (up to 2 weeks)
· Reliable, practical, and eager to learn
