Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cinema Host/Hostess to enhance our guests' cinema experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest services, managing theatre operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work within a vibrant entertainment setting, providing memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with ticketing and seating arrangements
Manage the smooth operation of the cinema theatre, including overseeing screening schedules and cleanliness
Provide information about current films, facilities, and special events to guests
Handle guest enquiries efficiently and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, seating areas, and amenities throughout the shift
Support management in organising daily operations and ensuring health and safety standards are met
Assist with managing bookings for private screenings or events as required
Promote upcoming films and special offers to maximise guest engagement

Experience

Previous experience in management or hospitality roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as needed

Pay: £12.21-£22.69 per hour
