DEPARTMENT – Spa
CONTRACT TYPE – Permanent
HOURS OF WORK – Full Time
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 out of 7 days including weekends LOCATION - Newport NP18 1HQ

OVERVIEW -
Step into the world of luxury and wellness at the Celtic Manor Resort Spa, where we’re writing the Greatest Story in Hospitality. As a Spa Therapist, you’ll be a key part of our award-winning team, delivering exceptional treatments and unforgettable guest experiences.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Whether you're newly qualified or already have some experience, if you're passionate about wellness and ready to grow your career in a luxury spa environment, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for individuals who have:
A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – newly qualified therapists welcome
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
A warm, confident, and professional communication style
The enthusiasm and physical readiness to perform a full day of treatments (with plenty of support and breaks!)

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
Perform a range of luxury treatments to the highest standards
Maintain fully stocked and pristine treatment rooms
Support your team and stepping in where needed
Meet daily and monthly sales targets (with commission rewards!)
Continuously improve your skills through feedback and training
Ensure any guest concerns are promptly escalated to management
