What you'll be doing
- Implementing Cranleigh International’s partnership relations strategy under the guidance of the Operations Director.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with existing international school partners and supporting the development of new partnerships.
- Coordinating internal teams and international partners to ensure objectives and milestones are met.
- Representing Cranleigh International on joint executive boards and committees, preparing agendas, reports, and briefing papers.
- Supporting new business development through market research, sector analysis, and networking.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of partnership visits, events, and conferences.
- Providing operational and administrative support, including tracking performance and identifying risks.
- Promoting data protection awareness and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
- Attending sector conferences and training to maintain professional expertise.
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Proven experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or relationship management.
- Background in education, international education, or a comparable professional environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of business development principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including weekends.
- Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection responsibilities.
Desirable:
- Experience within the independent school sector or international schools environment.
- Knowledge of international education markets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or partnership management tools.
- Experience supporting commercial partnerships or business development.
About the team
You’ll be working closely with the Cranleigh International Operations Director, the Cranleigh Schools Group Head, and a range of internal and external stakeholders, including international school partners and board members. This is a collaborative and outward-facing role where your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success.
