We are looking for a HGV class 2 driver for our Hookloader vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Hook Loader vehicle servicing our customers and transfer station.
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections and complete appropriate paperwork.
- Drive / load as directed.
- Work as a member of a team.
- Ensure paperwork is completed fully and passed to relevant Manager.
- Ensure the satisfactory completion of work in accordance with instructions.
- Ensure compliance with both company vehicle policy and all legislative requirements.
- Be compliant with Health and Safety at work requirements.
- Carry out any reasonable task or other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
- All activities must be carried out in accordance with the safe working methods and with the supplied appropriate safety clothing.
Must have experience:
- Hookloader work
- Category C drivers license
- Up to date CPC card
- Digital Tachogrph card
Desirable experience:
- Worked within the Recycling industry
- Skiploader work
Rate of pay would be £16.50 per hour for the right candidate. Over time rate available after 45 hours at time and a half
