Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be located in the South Yorkshire and surround area and responsible for inspecting, identifying, and treating pest issues in residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Develop customised treatment plans based on inspection findings
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using specialised equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and recommend follow-up actions as necessary
- Educate clients on pest prevention measures and provide advice on property maintenance to minimise future infestations
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and client interactions
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and stored securely after use
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations during all operations
Qualifications
- RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management Qualified
- Strong understanding of pest species, treatment methods, and safety procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
- Good communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to health and safety standards at all times

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
