What you'll be doing

In this varied role, you'll provide person-centred support to a small group of up to seven individuals within their home environment. Duties include:

Assisting with personal care and daily routines
Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
Household tasks and maintaining a comfortable living environment
Administering or supporting with medication
Encouraging independence and wellbeing

This is primarily a lone-working position, so confidence, initiative, and a responsible approach are important.

Available to work nights and participate in a weekend rota (alternate weekends shared across the team)

Days (after probation): £13.10 per hour
Nights: £152.64 per 12-hour shift (from commencement of employment)
