V3 Facilities Management is a facilities management company which is expanding as our customers keep recommending us! So we have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plumber.Salary: £33,000 - £40,0000 (£16 - £20) + travel allowances + enhanced overtime rates (Experience / certification will determine) . Based on 37.5 hours. Working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.Benefits:-

Location: Cardiff / RCT / Newport - South WalesMulti Skilled Plumber Role will involve:-

all aspects of responsive and planned plumbing & heating works;
performance of inspections to identify & replace worn parts / defects;
assessing & documenting the problem & summary of actions taken;
carrying out all working activities in accordance with company health & safety systems & HSE legislation;
perform complex calculations and planning for special projects.

Skills & experience needed :-

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in plumbing within a social housing or domestic setting is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of plumbing systems, including heating, drainage, and hot/cold supplies
Experience in working in occupied properties and understanding the specific challenges associated working round clients / other trades.
Familiarity with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving license
