**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Exterior Cleaning Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in exterior cleaning or a strong willingness to learn. You will be responsible for delivering a range of cleaning services to our clients, ensuring high standards of work and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, fascia cleaning, driveway/patio cleaning, and brickwork cleaning.
- Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to safely and effectively clean various surfaces.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and care for all cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
