Summary
We are seeking an Evening Office Cleaner to join our busy team in the Fleet, Hampshire area. This role is vital in ensuring our clients' premises remain spotless and welcoming, contributing directly to our company's mission of excellence.
This role is initially offered on a flexible zero-hours basis during the mobilisation period, with the opportunity for fixed contracted hours for the right candidate subject to business requirements.
The role can be shared with 1 other, halving the hours stated if preferred.
Applicants should have a good understanding of spoken and written English to follow cleaning instructions, health and safety procedures, and communicate effectively with the team and client where required.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in office environments during evening hours.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
- Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is prefered.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is prefered but training will be provided.
- Good attention to detail and reliability.
- Flexibility to adapt to different working hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in office cleaning is preferred.
