Fans Chance is a fast-growing competition and prize draw agency offering fans the chance to win unforgettable sporting experiences — from premium match tickets and VIP packages to once-in-a-lifetime trips and sporting holidays.
We work across exciting sporting campaigns, with a portion of proceeds supporting affiliated charities. Our aim is to create engaging, high-performing competitions that give fans incredible opportunities while also helping good causes.
We are now looking for a creative and technically confident Videographer & Video Editor to help us produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, competition launches, winner stories, charity partnerships and brand storytelling.
The Role
This is a hands-on video production role covering the full process from idea to final edit. You will be involved in planning shoots, filming on location and in studio settings, recording audio, editing video content, and helping turn campaign ideas into engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and paid advertising channels.
The ideal candidate will be confident behind the camera, comfortable editing in Adobe Creative Suite, and able to contribute creative ideas for scripts, hooks, storyboards and social-first video concepts.
Experience with AI video tools is preferred, but not essential. We are happy to upskill the right person if they have a strong creative eye, technical understanding and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Film high-quality video content for Fans Chance campaigns, including sporting prize draws, promotional videos, social content, behind-the-scenes content, winner reactions and charity-linked campaigns.
- Edit videos for use across paid social, organic social, YouTube, websites and email campaigns.
- Create short-form and long-form video assets tailored to different platforms.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, to edit, animate and polish video content.
- Record and manage audio, including basic sound design, voiceovers, interviews and location audio.
- Set up, operate and maintain camera, lighting and audio equipment.
- Work confidently both on location and in studio environments.
- Help develop creative ideas, scripts, hooks and video concepts for campaign launches and ongoing social content.
- Support the creation of video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid media channels.
- Repurpose longer content into short-form clips suitable for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and paid social.
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Stay up to date with trends in video, social media, AI tools, sports content and performance creative.
- Be willing to travel for shoots and work occasional weekends when required, particularly around events, sporting fixtures or campaign deadlines.
Required Experience
- Experience filming and editing video content for brands, social media, advertising or digital campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience using Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, titles, transitions or basic animation.
- Competence with camera setup, framing, lighting and audio recording.
- Ability to manage camera and audio equipment safely and professionally.
- Confidence filming on location and adapting quickly to different environments.
- Good understanding of social-first video formats, including vertical video, short-form edits and platform-specific content.
- Ability to edit quickly while maintaining strong quality and attention to detail.
- Good creative judgement and an understanding of what makes video content engaging.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple edits or projects at once.
Desirable Experience
- Experience creating video ads for YouTube, Meta, TikTok or other paid media channels.
- Experience launching or scheduling video content on social media platforms.
- Experience with AI video, AI editing, AI voice, AI scripting or content generation tools.
- Experience filming sporting events, live events, interviews, testimonials or prize winner content.
- Experience with audio design, sound mixing or voiceover production.
- Experience with colour grading, motion graphics or animated ad assets.
- Interest in sport, fan culture, competitions, live events or charity-linked campaigns.
- Experience writing scripts, ad hooks, social captions or creative campaign concepts.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of video content from start to finish.
You do not need to be an expert in every platform or AI tool from day one, but you should have a solid foundation in filming and editing, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in producing content that performs on social media.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
