Experienced Coach Driver – Bath
£34,000+ per year + £3,000 Joining Bonus
£17.00 per hour Monday–Saturday, £18.50 per hour Sunday
Already PCV qualified? Join First Bus and FlixBus as part of our growing long-distance coach operation from Bath. Step straight in on our top rate of pay from day one, alongside a £3,000 joining bonus and the opportunity to drive modern coaches on long-distance routes across the UK. This isn't typical stop-start local bus driving. Our FlixBus operation offers a more professional driving environment with open-road coach work, varied UK-wide routes, and structured shifts planned in advance. We're looking for experienced PCV drivers who take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and comfortable journeys every day.

What's in it for you?
You can earn over £34,000 per year, alongside a £3,000 joining bonus and permanent 38-hour contract. The role offers modern, comfortable coaches, structured shifts across the week, and the opportunity to enjoy more open-road driving away from traditional urban route work. With a mix of shifts across Monday to Sunday, the role also provides flexibility outside of the standard 9–5 routine, quieter roads during off-peak hours, and opportunities to increase earnings through overtime. You'll become part of a supportive local team within a growing national coach network.

The Role
As a Coach Driver, you'll safely deliver reliable and comfortable long-distance journeys for customers travelling across the UK. You'll operate modern coaches on a variety of UK-wide routes while providing a professional and friendly customer experience throughout every journey. This role offers a more varied and enjoyable style of driving, with a mix of motorway, city, and open-road routes. Shifts operate across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with schedules planned in advance.

Valid PCV licence
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Proof of Right to Work in the UK
Strong customer service skills
