Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Picker/Packer Operative to join our hard working team! This role offers genuine progression, full training, and the chance to be part of a friendly, supportive, and fun working environment.

What we’re looking for:

Enthusiasm and willingness to learn (previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential)
Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy items safely
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Attention to detail and pride in doing things right
Teamwork and clear communication
Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy workspace

Your responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensuring goods are ready for dispatch in line with customer expectations
Supporting warehouse supervisors in the safe and smooth running of operations
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Assisting other areas of the business as required
