Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales/Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about business development, customer engagement, and brand promotion. The successful candidate will play a vital part in driving our company's growth by assisting with client relations, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives. Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Organise and coordinate B2B meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
Manage customer enquiries promptly via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions, ensuring excellent customer service.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
Maintain organised records of client interactions, sales activities, and marketing efforts.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience or familiarity with B2B sales processes.
Excellent IT skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic digital marketing tools.
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate client visits and event organisation.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer service orientation with a friendly yet professional approach.
