Mossy Rock is an organic garden maintenance and hard landscaping company based in North Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach to gardening, offering tailored garden contracts for all types of gardens from small to public gardens acres in size.
You will be expected to run a gardening round yourself after a few weeks of being guided around. Good management, planning skills, and being completely trustworthy are essential.

Requirements
- Proven experience in gardening is essential.
- Strong plant knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of garden maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, and weeding to ensure gardens remain healthy and attractive.
- Eye for detail in every garden you visit.
- A strong ability to plan ahead and manage your gardens.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Monitor plant health and growth, applying organic methods for pest control as needed.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Manage your gardening round and the work that needs completing with the team.
