Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Paralegal to join our legal team. You will be supervised by our Senior Partner. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing property transactions, providing legal support, and ensuring compliance. Indicated pay range is a guideline only and final rates will be dependent on experience. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to progress upwards and grow with the firm. We are open to candidates returning to work and offer flexibility in working.

Duties
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, transfers, and leases.
- Providing legal advice to clients regarding conveyancing procedures and property law matters.
- Conducting searches, liaising with land registry offices, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Managing case files to ensure timely progression of transactions whilst maintaining meticulous records.
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processes.
- Organising appointments, deadlines, and correspondence to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assisting solicitors or senior legal staff with research and preparation for hearings or negotiations as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or relevant qualification in residential conveyancing (Solicitor or Paralegal).
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and professional partners.
- Proficiency in IT systems utilised within legal practices, including case management software (InfoTrack) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and a thorough understanding of property law legislation.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
