We are growing, we work hard, and we are looking for a confident and driven full time Sales and Purchasing Assistant to join our busy office team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping keep sales flowing. If you like variety, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want a role where your contribution genuinely matters, we would love to hear from you.

No two days are the same in our sales and purchasing office. You will be at the heart of the business, supporting customers, managing enquiries, and helping deliver the excellent service that keeps clients coming back to us time and time again.

Your Day to Day

Handling incoming customer calls and emails
Producing accurate quotes and processing sales orders
Building strong relationships with existing customers
Supporting the team in converting enquiries into sales
Delivering excellent customer service and product support

You will also work closely with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, place stock orders, monitor deliveries, and support purchasing operations when needed. This gives you a varied role with a real understanding of how the business operates from both the sales and supply side.

You will help with recording goods received, chasing overdue deliveries, and keeping office administration organised and up to date.

We believe in rewarding loyalty and hard work. You will work a reliable Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, giving you your evenings and weekends free.

Salary: £22,568 to £26,520 depending on experience
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
