Wellness & Member Experience Team RESET Wellness Club

RESET is a premium contrast therapy and recovery club opening this summer. Built around sauna, ice bath, breathwork, recovery therapies, and member wellbeing, RESET is designed to be a calm, structured environment focused on helping people regulate, recover, and reconnect physically and mentally.

We are not a loud gym environment. We are not standard hospitality. And we are not interested in surface-level wellness trends. Everything at RESET is built around atmosphere, professionalism, emotional intelligence, consistency, and genuine human connection.

We are looking for people who can contribute positively to that environment every single day. --- The Role As part of the RESET team, you will help create a welcoming, calm, and professional experience for every member who walks through the door.

Responsibilities include: Welcoming and supporting members Managing bookings and reception duties Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the club Supporting the flow of recovery and breathwork sessions Assisting with opening and closing procedures Helping maintain the atmosphere and culture of the space Working closely with management and the wider team ---

What We Are Looking For We are looking for people who are: Calm, professional, and emotionally aware Reliable and proactive Confident communicating with people from all walks of life Comfortable working within a structured, high-standard environment Well presented with good attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Warm and welcoming without being performative or overbearing A genuine interest in breathwork, recovery, nervous system regulation, or wellbeing practices is important for this role as these form a key part of the RESET experience. Experience within hospitality, fitness, wellness, coaching, yoga, recovery, or customer-facing environments is beneficial but attitude, maturity, and energy matter more to us than qualifications alone.
