Dental Compliance Coordinator – 21D Clinical Limited
Location: Location: Home-based. Applicants should ideally be based within the Midlands to support regular travel across our national clinic network.

21D is one of the UK's fastest-growing dental providers, delivering life-changing full mouth dental implant treatment across the UK. As we continue to grow nationally and internationally, we're looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our expanding Compliance Team.
About the Role
This is a national role supporting compliance across all 21D locations.
Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you'll help ensure our clinics maintain the highest standards of patient safety, governance and regulatory compliance.
The role combines independent remote working with regular travel to our clinics. You'll coordinate compliance activities, support practice teams, undertake audits, maintain governance records and contribute to a wide variety of projects as the business continues to grow.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and can adapt quickly when priorities change.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the Compliance Team by:
- Conducting compliance visits and audits across all 21D locations.
- Supporting practices to achieve and maintain inspection readiness.
- Coordinating compliance action plans and following up outstanding actions.
- Supporting new clinic openings, acquisitions and UK or international growth projects.
- Coordinating recruitment compliance and maintaining regulatory documentation.
- Supporting Information Governance activities, including Subject Access Requests and the retrieval of CCTV and body-worn camera footage.
- Delivering compliance training and creating engaging learning resources, including presentations and training videos.
- Maintaining compliance systems, risk assessments and governance records.
- Supporting investigations into incidents, significant events and safeguarding concerns.
- Contributing to policy development, continuous improvement projects and other compliance initiatives.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties in support of the Compliance Team and wider business.
What We're Looking For
First and foremost, we're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail. This role requires someone who can work independently, prioritise effectively and adapt to changing business needs whilst maintaining consistently high standards.
Essential
- A dental background, ideally as a Dental Nurse, Practice Manager or in another role with a strong understanding of dental practice operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Preferred
- Previous experience in dental compliance.
- Experience undertaking compliance audits and preparing practices for CQC inspections.
- Experience delivering training and creating learning resources.
- Knowledge of Information Governance and UK GDPR.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
