Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Long Term Locum Pharmacists to join our healthcare team. The role involves providing high-quality pharmaceutical care across various clinical settings, ensuring patient safety and medication accuracy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, with the ability to adapt quickly to different environments and work independently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for pharmacists seeking flexible, long-term locum roles within a supportive professional environment.

Experience of community pharmacy is preferred but not essential. Newly qualified pharmacists and provisionally registered pharmacists are welcome to apply.
IP qualification is an advantage as is ability to speak other languages.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal and organisational standards
- Providing expert advice on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions to patients and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation and guidelines
- Monitoring patient medication regimens, including administering medications where appropriate
- Maintaining detailed records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and stock levels
- Collaborating with medical teams to optimise patient care and medication management
- Participating in clinical audits and quality assurance activities to uphold high standards of practice
- Keeping up-to-date with new medications, treatments, and industry developments
- Supporting and Developing the Pharmacy team and delivering the daily workload.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent patient care and medication administration services
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining effective communication within the team
- Flexibility to adapt to different working environments and schedules

Pay: £31,200.00-£62,400.00 per year
