We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Tyre Fitter to join our growing team. Established in 2020, we are a small, family-run business that has gone from strength to strength and continues to expand. Based in Ashford, Kent, this is a mobile role covering South, East and Mid Kent, as well as parts of East Sussex.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated tyre fitter with a minimum of one year's experience in the industry. Holding a NTDA REACT License would be advantageous, however is not essential, as we will put the successful candidate through the course.
Key Responsibilities
● Fitting, repairing and maintaining tyres for commercial vehicle fleets.
● Attending roadside breakdowns and providing emergency tyre services.
● Carrying out on-site fleet inspections and service work.
● Completing company paperwork and electronic job sheets accurately.
● Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety
regulations.
● Participating in the on-call rota as required.
Working Hours
● Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
● Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
● Participation in an on-call rota is required.

Essential Requirements
● Minimum 1 year's tyre fitting experience
● Full UK driving licence
● Good communication and customer service skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
