Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer Assistant to support our team in various administrative and organisational tasks. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to our service. The Volunteer Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will be involved in a range of activities that enhance our organisational effectiveness.

Duties
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using Google.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
- Organise and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Provide great customer to service when greeting clients.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and stakeholders.
