We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Team PA to join the admin team for St Raphael Ward, St Anne's Centre.
You will be working as an administrator for the Adult Mental Health Service where you will use your skills to support highly skilled and dedicated clinical staff from a multitude of backgrounds including doctors, nurses, psychologists and occupational therapists to help ensure that we continue to provide excellent patient-focused care.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the clinical team, including the team lead, as well as supervision of some of the admin staff.

You will be required to work to a very high standard of accuracy, have excellent organisational skills and be able to demonstrate initiative in planning your own workload in a way that supports the clinical team and Admin Team Lead.
The role will involve:
Planning and minute taking for key meetings as well as ad-hoc meetings as needed
Diary management for consultant if required
Supporting the Admin Team Leader with a variety of tasks as needed
Maintaining patient records, key data and group mailbox
Supervision of junior staff
Ordering clinical and stationary equipment using our Oracle ordering system
Covering for other Admin Team staff
