As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening the Council’s understanding of the independent care market across East Sussex. Through insightful analysis and clear reporting, you will turn complex data into actionable intelligence that supports better decision-making.
In this newly created role, you will bring together, interpret and communicate a wide range of complex datasets relating to the independent care sector and Supply Management activity. You will add real value by identifying trends, generating meaningful insights, and helping shape service improvements.
You will also coordinate the time-critical monitoring of homecare call data, working closely with providers to reconcile discrepancies and improve data accuracy. By building strong relationships and using your influencing skills, you will support providers in driving consistent, long-term improvements in data quality and reporting behaviour.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have knowledge and experience of using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Are able to identify and resolve data quality issues
- Have excellent data visualisation and report building skills
- Are able to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner
