Jorja Revive is a modern, nurse-led wellness and healthcare clinic combining luxury patient experience with exceptional clinical care. Our services include Wellness Pods, IV Therapy, Aesthetics, Pain Management, Medical Cannabis, Weight Management, and Private Healthcare services.
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and commercially minded Assistant Clinic Manager to support the day-to-day running of the clinic. This is not simply an administration role—we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a business, lead people and create an outstanding patient experience.
This role is ideal for someone wanting to progress into a Clinic Manager position within the next 12–24 months.
The Role
Working alongside the Clinic Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the clinic every single day. You'll lead the reception and patient experience team, maintain operational standards, help drive revenue, monitor KPIs and ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from the moment they walk through the door.
You'll be expected to think commercially, identify opportunities to improve processes and take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Clinic Operations
- Support the Clinic Manager with the day-to-day running of Jorja Revive.
- Open and close the clinic when required.
- Ensure every treatment room and wellness pod is presented to the highest standard.
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, organised and welcoming throughout the day.
- Coordinate daily clinic activities to maximise efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Act as Duty Manager when the Clinic Manager is unavailable.
Patient Experience
Deliver an exceptional luxury healthcare experience by:
- Greeting patients professionally.
- Managing patient flow throughout the day.
- Resolving concerns before they become complaints.
- Following up patient feedback.
- Encouraging reviews on Google and social media.
- Building relationships with returning patients.
- Ensuring every patient leaves feeling valued.
Team Leadership
Support and motivate the reception and administration team by:
- Leading by example.
- Providing day-to-day coaching.
- Monitoring attendance and punctuality.
- Supporting induction and training of new staff.
- Helping manage rotas.
- Monitoring workload across the team.
- Escalating performance concerns appropriately.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive working culture.
Commercial Performance
This role plays an important part in growing the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Promoting memberships.
- Supporting conversion of enquiries into appointments.
- Encouraging repeat bookings.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell appropriate services.
- Supporting local business partnerships.
- Helping organise promotional events.
- Monitoring clinic performance against KPIs.
- Assisting with achieving monthly revenue targets.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure patient records are accurate and complete.
- Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR.
- Support CQC compliance and governance processes.
- Ensure SOPs and policies are followed.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders where required.
- Support audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with supplier relationships.
- Help maintain equipment servicing schedules.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
Financial Responsibilities
Assist with:
- Daily cash reconciliation.
- Outstanding payment monitoring.
- Failed Direct Debit follow-up.
- Invoice management.
- Membership administration.
- Stripe payment reconciliation.
- KPI reporting.
Marketing Support
Work closely with the marketing team by:
- Identifying patient success stories.
- Supporting content creation.
- Promoting offers in clinic.
- Encouraging social media engagement.
- Helping organise clinic events and open evenings.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Experience within healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality or luxury retail.

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
