We are a growing group of businesses looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to become the trusted right-hand support to our Managing Director.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both business and personal responsibilities, allowing the Managing Director to focus on strategic growth and development.
The Role
As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing schedules, communications, projects, administration, and day-to-day operations across multiple businesses.
You'll need to be highly organised, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
Diary & Schedule Management
- Managing a busy and constantly changing diary
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, calls, and events
- Coordinating travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Ensuring all preparations are completed ahead of meetings and commitments
- Managing reminders and priorities effectively
Communication Management
- Managing emails and correspondence across multiple businesses
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Drafting professional emails and communications on behalf of the Managing Director
- Screening enquiries and ensuring prompt responses where required
Business Administration
- Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintaining records, filing systems, and databases
- Taking meeting notes and tracking actions
- Assisting with invoicing and general administrative tasks
Project & Operations Support
- Coordinating ongoing business projects and initiatives
- Tracking deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and external partners
- Ensuring projects remain organised and on schedule
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Coordinating content schedules across multiple brands
- Liaising with content creators and marketing partners
- Assisting with campaign management and promotional activity
- Supporting event planning and business launches
Personal Assistant Duties
- Booking personal appointments and travel arrangements
- Assisting with personal administration where required
- Supporting with ad hoc tasks and errands
About You

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
