Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Ledger and Data Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves managing sales ledger processes, analysing financial data, and supporting the organisation’s accounting functions.
The Role:
- Lead sales data analytics initiatives using Microsoft Power BI
- Verify charges are being made at the agreed rate on weekly sales
- Monitor third party performance against KPI’s and provide analysis
- Detailed market share analysis, aligning with production and pricing to produce key insights
- Reconcile pool prices
- Analyse customer programmes for efficiency and communicate findings
- Regular review and reconciliation of sales ledger debtor balances
- Monitor apple sales and reconcile payments against internal records
- Prepare sales invoices for our packhouse fruit sales
- Other regular and ad hoc sales ledger invoicing
What we’d like you to have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience role
- Part qualified ( AAT, CIMA preferably)
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- The right to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
