Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced General Handyman/woman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set encompassing mechanical, electrical, with the ability to oversee maintenance operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proactive approach to facility upkeep and a passion for problem-solving. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our premises through effective repairs and preventative maintenance.
Duties
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including electrical work, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken.
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles
- Experience in conducting maintenance across various systems including electrical, carpentry, and general handyman tasks
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently & efficiently to maximise productivity.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
