Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and coordinating maintenance and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for organised individuals with strong communication skills to contribute to a well-managed and welcoming living environment.

Responsibilities

Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion
Oversee rent collection and financial record-keeping in accordance with company policies
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
Maintain organised records of all property-related documentation and correspondence
Assist in marketing vacant units and screening prospective tenants
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties
Handle administrative duties such as drafting reports, managing schedules, and responding to enquiries efficiently

Experience

Previous administrative experience within property management or related fields is preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective tenant liaison and team coordination
Multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving diverse tenant communities
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Full uk driving licence
