Full job description

Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: Near Skelmersdale
Salary: £18–£20 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent
Shift: Day shift only

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our team in Skelmersdale. This is a permanent, day-shift role involving a mix of medium to heavy fabrication work, with some thin gauge materials.

Key Responsibilities:

MIG and TIG welding across a variety of materials and thicknesses
Fabrication and assembly of components to engineering drawings
Working on projects within nuclear, subsea, and oil & gas sectors
Ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Experience with medium to heavy fabrication (thin material experience also required)
Strong attention to detail and quality
